4. GNSS Anomaly Report

In the event of suspected interference or other problems with published GNSS procedures, IFR pilots are requested to complete a GNSS Anomaly Report post flight in order to assist in the identification and elimination of sources of interference or degradation of the navigation signal. This comprehensive and easy-to-use reference guide offers examples of best practices for pilot-controller communications and recommended phraseology to enhance pilot safety.
